Description

The AT runs 33.7 miles from Monson, ME (ME Hwy 15) to the west branch of the Pleasant River. Along the way, the trail passes the Leeman Brook Lean-to, the Wilson Valley Lean-to, the Long Pond Stream Lean-to, Barren Mountain, Cloud Pond, the Cloud Pond Lean-to, Fourth Mountain, Third Mountain, Columbus Mountain, and the Chairback Gap Lean-to.
